What's your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your bonavìs container. If it’s not the right fit, we accept returns for unused items in their original condition.

  • To start a return, email support@bonavis.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation. Please return items in their original packaging.
  • For standard returns, the product cost will be refunded. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
  • For defective or damaged items, both the product cost and shipping will be refunded. Duties are non-refundable.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, email support@bonavis.co with your order number and a brief note.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. After your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

When can I expect my refund?

After your return is shipped, allow 1–2 weeks for delivery to our facility and 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
